Ingredients

  • milk whole milk works best, but 2% or 1% work too
  • white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Place 1 tablespoon white vinegar in a liquid measuring cup.
  2. Fill the measuring cup to the 1-cup mark with milk and stir briefly.
  3. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes. It will thicken slightly and curdle — then it’s ready to use in your recipe.
