These Mini Bacon, Fig, and Goat Cheese Pizzas put a fresh, elegant spin on classic pizza flavors. At just 181 calories per serving, they make a satisfying light lunch or appetizer and fit well into a calorie-conscious eating plan.

The combination of sweet figs and a honey-balsamic glaze pairs beautifully with tangy goat cheese, salty bacon bits, and peppery arugula. The contrast of textures — creamy cheese, soft fruit, crisp pita edges and tender greens — makes every bite interesting and delicious.

They’re also quick and easy to prepare, ideal for a simple weeknight meal or for serving at a gathering. Using whole wheat mini pitas adds fiber and makes the pizzas more filling. Two of these with a small salad makes a balanced, tasty dinner.
