Peach Glazed Chicken Wings are a sweet and tangy appetizer you can throw on the grill right alongside your burgers and dogs!

No matter the season, quick and easy chicken wings make a fantastic appetizer. In warm weather I prefer grilling them rather than frying — the grill is usually already fired up for steaks, burgers, or hot dogs, so it’s simple to toss wings on as well.

The flavor on these wings is excellent. Season the wings, grill them, and baste repeatedly with a peach-sweet chili glaze as they cook. The combination of peach preserves and sweet chili sauce creates a balance of sweet, tangy, and mildly spicy notes, and grilling allows the glaze to caramelize for extra depth. These are a guaranteed hit at any cookout.

Pin Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken wings cut into wingettes and drummettes (tips removed)
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅔ cup peach preserves
- ⅓ cup sweet chili sauce
Instructions
-
Heat the grill to medium to medium-high and brush the grates with oil to prevent sticking.
-
Place the prepared wings in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt, paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder.
-
Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the seasoning. Let them rest briefly while you make the glaze.
-
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the peach preserves and sweet chili sauce. Whisk and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until the preserves melt and the sauce becomes smooth, about 3–5 minutes.
-
Pour half of the glaze over the wings and toss with a large spoon to coat them well.
-
Use tongs to place the wings on the hot grill. Cook 4–5 minutes, basting with the glaze as they cook. Flip and continue cooking another 3–4 minutes, basting until the wings are nicely caramelized and cooked through.
-
Remove the wings from the grill with tongs and serve immediately, passing any remaining glaze at the table if desired.
